Obituary

Walter M. Lisicki, 73, passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 25, 2018. He was a native of Chester, PA and was born to Walter and Lucy Lisicki. Walter proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 23 years before retiring as a Senior Chief Radioman. After retiring, he got his degree at St. Leo University in Virginia Beach. He loved Bonsai and was a member as well as a past president of The Bonsai Society for over 20 years. He was happiest at family dinners sharing stories. Walter is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Josephine; his loving son, Edric Lisicki; his loving daughter, Cashel Lisiski; Grandson, Mikhail Lisicki; granddaughter Maggie Lisicki; and sisters, Connie Shoemaker, Adel Ducine, Faith Hastings, and Melinee Kowal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 28, at H.D. Oliver Laskin Rd. Chapel from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be on Thursday, November 29 at 11:00 am at H.D. Oliver Laskin Rd. Chapel with burial to follow in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery.
