3:00PM: Reunion Packet Pickup – in the Tower Hotel "Boardroom"
Your Reunion Packet contains reunion information, event tickets (you must bring a ticket in order to be admitted to all events), and your name badge. You will also be given a plastic name badge holder. Please wear your name badge to all reunion events. Please return the plastic holder at the end of the last event you'll be attending, as we always re-use them for future reunions. Please inform all of your GUEST attendees of this request. A container will be made available for badge holder returns at the exit door. You may, of course, keep your Name Badge Card as a memento (but not the plastic holder), if you so desire.
7:00PM –10:00PM: Opening Night Members Reception - Tower Hotel's "Tyrconnell Suite"
This reception is open only to members, their spouse/significant other, and any immediate family members who might have traveled with them to the reunion.
Late evening Complimentary light Hors d’oeuvres with coffee/tea
Cash
bar available throughout the evening
Dress is casual.

Hospitality Room: Tower Hotel - Boardroom Suite
The Tower Hotel has granted complimentary use of its BOARDROOM SUITE during
the reunion period of Sunday 24 July to Monday 1 August.
The room can seat
up to 25 people for informal get togethers or meetings.
Clooney Base Visit
A site visit had been conditionally approved by the current property owners,
Foyle and Londonderry College.
Details, including date and time, will be announced at the Opening Night Member's
Reception, or as soon as available.

Updates will be posted in our Hospitality Room, the Tower Hotel's BOARDROOM
SUITE, as necessary.
